This one could go anywhere. Under 3 is a low risk price to pick some up if it
gets there again. If you buy it in the high 3's to $4 I would pay close
attention to it.

each stock has their own thing going on...just because the indices are or were
headed higher doesn't mean everything runs together.
homework...homework...homework.....might want to pick up a copy of Jim Cramer's
book Real Money....in which case he tells you what usually happens to stocks
when companies aquire other companies and what can happen with downgrades
(depending on who they're from and what they're for).
