Open Question
I have been holding on to Level 3 (LVLT) from a long time - bought it at 6 :-(
Of whatever little is left, should I cash out or hang on for another few
quarters?
Doesn't LVLT seem like a takeover target for CSCO or GOOGLE ? This seems to be
the only ray of hope?
