I think the reason why traffic has died on the site is the content that it
posted isnt really credible. There arent any real questions to get the thought
process going. You guys are just posting facts, we need questions so we can take
a step forward and look to the future of what that market is thinking.
If you really want to increase traffic, we need better content just like
thestreet.com. I dont go to that site anymore since content isnt there.
Post a comment or let me know what you think. I want to know if I'm the only one
that feels this way or I just put that thought into your mind.

I am not sure why it has died, I know I had left it...I started my daily trivia
to try and bring back people to Answers. Same goes for my Trading Diary. I have
started a forum that the person in charge of Stockpickr at THE STREET should be
reading, I started it when she asked me who she should talk to, to get feedback
on the site. I originally just gave up trying to fight...but I love this place
too much to see it just die. Good Q.
They stopped sending me 7 free daily newsletters TWICE in 3 months.
Day 10 for me. I called Tech Support and they were stumped. They saw no mailings
for me,
and they tried to refresh or activate. New customers would not even have this
phone
number. They said maybe this would work by tomorrow.
New customers often use a drop down box to discover / use Stockpickr, one of the
main
places it's advertised ! - big part of tumbleweeds at Stockpickr !
slopeofhope.com - several hundred posts daily
thestockmarketmentor.com - a few hundred posts daily
sharkinvesting.com - very active
realmoney.com (only for rev's blog) - probably a few hundred posts daily.
Traffic has increased lately.Steve got his computer fixed.
traffic picks up on big down days....what's to talk about if we're flat or
slowly going higher?

Or TSCM could 'lease' the Q&A section to a brokerage/investment firm or
financial investment blogger, using the platform to address concerns and answer
questions from various sectors (students, clients, prospective clients).
Otherwise, without any continual, direct input from a source having a vested
interest, the Q&A section will be in a state of continual transition . . . until
last call.
