ge up 5% ..they r going to have to blow those numbers away to get a pop

I don't think they ever ended up selling their appliance division. Am I correct
in that assumption? I think in the coming years they will be glad that they
didn't.

And if they beat on earnings I imagine the rally on Friday would be more than
today's Intel-fueled rally.

GE will rock it out. I added to my position a couple days ago. I think you
could still get in for some friday upside. If it don't pop on friday, it will
hit $14 in the next 3-6 months.

GE reports before Market at 8:30am on July 17, you can listen if u like.
Remember, GE has been a dog the last month, so to see a 6% gain and a 5% gain
all in the same week is unbelievable! which lends me to believe more of the same
the rest of the week. Go for it if your not already in.
