Depends on what you want/need. I like tradeking. I have also heard good things
about thinkorswim.

Tradeking...4.95 a trade, few if any fees depending on the transaction. Decent
amount of options info. I think they started as a an options house and
expanded. Bare bones not a lot of extras, but great customer service.

I'm a big fan of Scottrade myself. 7 bucks a trade and nothing else to worry
about after that. Not the best trading platform, but cheap and simple.
