It depends on why you own it. Is this a trade that you bought in anticipation of
earnings? If so then you should keep for the event. If you bought it a while ago
and have a nice profit (I am in that exact position) then you have to ask
yourself what your target price is for RIMM. If it is higher then you want to
continue to hold. You may want to take half of the position off the table to
lock in profits and avoid earnings volatility.

gain market share in other countrys

in the stock?
