Open Question

I keep hearing the term "redistribution of wealth" being tossed around in
certain circles. Can anyone here give me some insights or ideas on how they
think the redistribution of wealth will happen in this day and age, as opposed
to how it has happened in the past? Thank in advance!

Interesting question....yes where did my wealth go from July to Oct. 2008...it
got redistributed...i think it went to the banks along with my grandson's money
some rich lost money but are still rich. the poor are still poor..not sure about
being poorer but the middle class have less money and heading to poor
In the 70's or 80's I read a book authored by Pope John maybe 23rd? not Catholic
so Im not sure but he wrote this book and it speaks about this subject. He was
right on. Was a wonderful man

That's why we'll never have a national sales tax in this country. A progessive
income tax is the only way to punish those evil rich folks and share their
wealth with those who can't bring themselves to finish high school.

Funny, I thought the poor didn't pay income taxes due to lack of income...

Perhaps a better description would be tax the hell out of the rich and give to
the poor through entitlement programs.

simply put.. politics... dems raising taxes on republicans (high income folks)
and lowering them (or raising them less) on porr folks (other dems)... Obama is
the Bush / Cheney legacy... they are to blame...
