Any thoughts on HCBK?

I bought HCBK back in July/2009. I then bought more once it dropped 9%. It is
now up again 10%. I have a lot of confidence in this company, the did not take
ANY TARP funds from the government, which is a great sign.

I thought I read a story on Finviz that also discussed increasing
foreclosures,too.

Home sales and refis are picking up in HCBK territory, the NYC metro area.
