Open Question
Has anybody elses energy plays been getting clobbered in this market rally? I
bought XTO and COP, COP is up .5% for me and XTO is down about 10% in this small
rally, why are they getting beat up? I'm working, so checking into stuff right
now doesn't work.

dean is spot on. nat gas is the worst of the energy plays right now.

Nat Gas just isn't working yet...for energy i like PBR, RIG, FLS, and even BP.
For Nat Gas...I would only buy SWN....best of the best.....but not yet. Dean

I got out of XTO yesterday. It was like being liberated. I'd rather have it in
UYG, DVY, PFF, or PEY.

can't speak for the whole group, though COP didn't impress at its analyst
meeting this week.
and it's hard for natural gas to rally, when the underlying futures are under
$4/Mcf... especially when we're approaching a tough time on the calendar for
prices.
