I bought this (190) on the attatchment of the R&D credit and stim for alt
Energy. It was not going to pass this year because of the "pay as you go
mantra" of the Dems. But, now they attatched it to the 700B, because the cost
is nothing but chump change. It will now pass

The stock is so damn volitile that no matter what one does it could be good or
bad and if you do not like the outcome, wait a couple of weeks.
