What interest do savings bonds pay?

yeah but they're doing a hell of a lot better than the market...at least they
don't lose initial purchase price value...
Not even keeping pace with inflation...
EE bonds pay 90 percent of the average 5-year Treasury securities yields for the
preceding six months. Right now I think they are paying about 1.4 percent.
I Bonds are currently at 4.84 percent.
You can check savingsbonds.gov for the exact rates.
depends on when you got it to what it pays.
