fwlt hands down - your just going to have to wait for this market to turn around

depends, if you like the very long term nuclear story, than SGR would be my pick
with it's stake in Westinghouse, but if you like the oil/gas story than FWLT
would be my pick. that said, I have more certainty on the nuclear, so I favor
SGR for long term investment in my infrastructure basket.
