I don't know the link worked well for me. I do alot of my research on Sundays
and came across this. I have been and will remain long on WIN. But I must say it
was a nice suprise when I saw this. I was thinking it was up because WIN is
approaching the dividend exp. Or maybe it was upgraded and I just didn't see it.
