i just got on to the cnbc million dollar game,,,the trading seems different than
last year ..i am a little confused about this game..any playing it and can
explain the basics,,if i got this correct u have too buy at least 4 stocks and
if u buy a stock after 4 p.m. then u get the closing price of that stock for the
next day??

Instead of twirling signs around, someone should have made a video explaining the
nuances of the game.
The currency trading feature is also still busted.
And just be aware that it takes freakin' forever for them to do the 4PM mark to
market.

The San Francisco treat ?
I'm playing for nothing more than sh!ts & giggles, but it's a weird setup, IMO.
I haven't seen anything about a minimum number of stocks you can buy, but you
can only have 50 trades (buy or sell) in a day.
The "orders" are actually executed at 4PM, and if you put something in after
4PM, then it is priced at the next day's close. Makes it a bit more of a
challenge only having the single price point per day.

dont forget, each contestant gets a years supply of rice-a-roni for their family
and little chillens.....:) chris
the prize is not a million bucks to the winner..that is wrong and they should
not even advertise it as such. second the prize is payable over 20 years....lol
lol lol the million is the total prize pool..not the grand prize..like i
said.this game is a joke and not worth the time to me. I got rel money to worry
about!

The CNBC Million Buck game is so so poor!
This game is going to be a bust. I am a pretty smart guy, and I cant make heads
or tails of the currency trading part. Obvious pander to the sponsor. And how
cheap is GE/CNBC being with this game. I am really disappointed in them.
