is this speculation with China and india in mind, or not. i see it as a limited
supply, some say 150 a bbl., some say 200 a bbl. in 4 -7 yrs. from now its gonna
be alot more than that.t. bone pickens was even baffled when his shorts on oil
didn't work. there is no such thing as an endless supply. with that in mind,
what is happening is that a real bubble is here that is gonna be a hard one to
pop. because it is a" reality bubble", and so i remain in the notion that ,AG
oil, metals, and some tech will be the main players for a long time. chris

Don't even think about shorting this - it's on a temendous bubble ride that will
take it to at least $160 before it pops. It's gone completely parabolic.

There's a great chart comparing oil, the nasdaq in 1999 and the housing stocks
lately. There about a 30% upside and perhaps a year left.

I expect to start seeing some type of M&A activity.

I could also see someone come in and buyout (TSO) at these levels.

As far as value plays, I think TSO has $6 earnings power still. It might not be
this year but at some point some of the smart but slow money will step in and
buy a stake.

Someone is putting big money down on TSO calls and has been for the last few
weeks.

FD: Long TSO

I don't see the refiners, but The Admiral did his 1st piece on it. I think we
need to keep that in the back of our heads and not ignore it. Might be wise to
start picking @ some @ a discount.

I think the refiners are wrong here, but I have no interest in shorting them.
Just get long the USO or any of your other favorite oil plays.

i don't see anybody recommending refiners now. ya wanna be contrarian, be my
guest. mike ps. also, the only thesis that they might go higher is lower oil
prices. thats been the wrong side of the trade for awhile too.
