Just got back from a trip to Calgary and Edmonton. The Alberta province is
looking at a huge budget surplus from the oil, gas, and tar sands boom. Home
prices are rocketing... they are swimming in loonies... any Canadian neighbors
out there? know any good infrastructure plays?
