I don't see why the guy below is so upset about this downgrade. Take a look at
their balance sheet. It is very ugly. If the merger happens, they get a bounce
but still have tons of debt combined. If it doesn't happen, this company goes
bye-bye.

I'm stoked. I lightened up significantly just before it gapped up last week,
and missed a lot of that upside. So I'm backing up the truck now!

If SIRI does what it did based on a nice note by a broker, what happens when the
DOJ signs off on the merger?

flipantly down grading any stock anymore.they are truly the ones who speculate
the fear in this market. well guess what, they themselves have all been
downgraded GS MS and LEHMAN F$$K,em its about time
