hi Jim and stockpickrs

I'm a newbie so please keep that in mind when i ask the following two
questions

1. i bought YUM on friday around $39 and it got downgraded by UBS on that same
day. Do you think this stock still has some upside potential...or is this stock
headed downwards?

2. i have LVLT and was planning on selling last Thurs/Fri, but i read 2
directors for LVLT increased their holdings in the company. Should I hold to
see if there might be some good news for the company or come next week should i
just sell?
