I started seriously researching the stock market a couple years ago, actually started investing in April 2007. I have read (or listened to via audiobook) all of Cramer's books, and closely follow his overall rules to investing. Although I do not agree with every single pick he comes up with (c'mon, you can't be right 300+ times a year!), I have to admit that my portfolio has a lot in common with his faves. I also use IBD, Motley Fool, Yahoo & Google Financial for most of my research. Stockpickr Answers is - by far -the best message board, IMHO. Less bashing, more insightful postings and Cramer to boot! I'm now becoming a home-gamer - slowly as I observe and learn - I have quickly learned to DO MY OWN HOMEWORK no matter what I hear or read from anyone.
