I think it would be gratifying to spend my entire professional life studying the life of Benjamin Grossbaum (Graham) and the book Security Analysis. Surround yourself with successful people and you too will gravitate toward a life of success I once heard, I hope to do so through the readings of Ben Graham and Warren Buffett. To be accomplished in the near term is to start a cash flow oriented real estate LLC based in Nevada but operating in Arizona.
