Least Favorite Stocks not set
Just an average 30's investor who likes to hold stocks for a year or less, maybe 20% in speculative stocks. Tend to shy away from stocks in which I do not understand the industry.
Big Jim Cramer fan. Reason is because since I have used some of his techniques (not necessarily the actual stock picks, but some of the theories,) I have done much better than I was doing before.
Generally like down and out stocks that I believe will come back within a year. However, I also buy fad stocks once in a while. Don't usually buy stocks on a quick trade, but I may do it once or twice a year, depending on if I have cash available or not.
Check the portfolio out. Am I being too safe? In 2005, I had an 11% return, 2006 was only 1% return, and after five months in 2007, up approximately 10%. For more updated figures, look on the portfolio, I have tracking enabled so you can see for yourself.
