I am a special ed teacher. Husband is social worker. Being in the helping profession we don't make a lot of money. As we grow older with childs support a morgage on a humble house in a okay area (hopefully it will stay okay, we border on Newark,NJ) our idealism has not served us personally financially. We would like to get out of our debt and not struggle so much in trying to provide for our kids.
