I grew up in NC, I am an Alumni of Appstate in NC with a Degree in International Business, actually majored in every subject other than ACCOUNTING at one point or another in the Walker School of Business, and in between at one point was an Astrophysics major (they don't have straight Astronomy which is my Passion. Have a minor in Spanish, and if I took a few more classes, I could have a MGMT degree I think only 2 more classes would have a degree in ECON too. I guess I was a little like (Can't remember the name of the Movie about the guy that was a lifer in College). After College, I spent a brief time in Barcelona doing an internship (~7 months). My favorite thing to do is travel, a close second is stocks and investing in general. I'm licensed to sell securities as well as insurance in I don't even know right off how many states, used to be all 50, but have slowly cancelled licences I don't need. I have the Series 7,63,& 65. In Febuary, I also received my Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) from the College of Financial Planning and currently manage around $60-70 Million. I choose not to disclose the firm I work for, well, mainly for compliance reasons, but I am joining this site to share for personal reasons, so I feel it is irrelevant. Here to share and get ideas.
