I have been involved with the market since Chrysler was going bankrupt!!(Too bad I wasn't older at the time, I'd probably be retired by now!!!) I told everyone I knew to buy,buy,buy!! I knew the Govt. couldn't let one of their majpor contractors go bankrupt!!! Easy call!! Got into REITS years before they were popular. Scored with Macerich!!! It really isn't that hard to do your own research. And with the online brokers, how cheap can it get??!!!
