Bedminster, NJ native with extra time and money on her hands; I'm re-tooling after years of "buy and hold on to yer shirt" - I'm here to learn and earn.

My BA is in TV/Film Production, and I've "retired" early, having spent my career in Banking Product Sales (that would be Financial products, NOT toasters and irons...); Real Estate; and Benefits Consultancy, respectively.

Living close to NYC all my life and having a Dad who taught me how to invest as a kid (long before internet research), Wall Street's always fascinated me, and while my high school friends were reading Brides' Magazine and Tiger Beat, I was reading Barron's and the WSJ.

My goal is to learn how to trade, and I'm reading all I can on the subject - including options, forex, etc. My plan is to eventually be a good enough trader that I can pack my laptop and go live outside the US for a while - trading from a mountaintop in Mexico or Afghanistan.
