Description:
Look for bargains based on book value. Companies are screened based on Piotroski's low p/b. Does the company's low p/b deserve to be this low? We are looking for changes in net income with increasing cash flow. Return on Assets should be improving with expanding gross margins.Long term debt is a significant hurdle and if the company is making changes to pay down debt while increasing asset turnover, then a possible turnaround is at hand.
