Down 34% - Shares of Salary.com Inc. plunged Thursday after the software maker reported disappointing fiscal fourth-quarter results, gave a weak first-quarter forecast and shifted its business strategy. Late Wednesday, the Waltham, Mass., company reported a larger-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter loss on lower than expected sales and forecast fiscal first-quarter revenue below Wall Street expectations. Down 28% - Yucheng Technologies (YTEC), which provides information technology solutions and services for banking, fell.... The Beijing company reported that first-quarter earnings improved 88% year over year to $1.4 million, or 8 cents a share. The Street had forecast EPS of 12 cents.

Down 10% - Steak n Shake Co. shares sank Thursday after the restaurant operator posted worse-than-expected second-quarter results, and analysts speculated that the economic downturn would further pressure the company and hamper its turnaround bid. After the closing bell Wednesday, Steak n Shake reported a loss of 10 cents per share, on revenue of $189.3 million -- widely missing Wall Street's target of profit of 1 cent per share. (AP)
