Given the uncertainties surrounding its sizable off-balance sheet, multiemployer pension liabilities and operational challenges amid the ongoing freight recession, we continue to recommend investors avoid the name. YRCW now trades at an [EV] to 2008E Ebitda of 9 times...Our revised 2007/2008 EPS estimates are $2.33/$2.05, down from $2.40/$2.20...Our new 18 target reflects an all-in enterprise value-to-2009E Ebitda of 8 times. Market-cap: $932 million.

YRC Worldwide (YRCW) was downgraded to Underperform, Wachovia said. Stock will struggle to find a bottom unless fundamentals improve in the near term. Stock will likely trade down around $10 to $13.

Long term -- 5 - 15 years, yes. Short term, 2007 ??? Stock is beat down and this is good. However, real house of pain possible with Summer oil spike. Punt for now, re-evaluate 01 Aug 07.

Trucking is facing a slowdown, current spot prices are weak and YRC Worldwide is a highly leveraged company with a lot of debt.
