nergy SPDR (Amex: XLE) exchange-traded fund, which has returned more than 26% on an annualized basis over the past five years, has fallen on hard times lately, shedding nearly 16% of its value for the three months that ended on Aug. 8.

We therefore think that a 10% energy allocation -- modestly underweight -- makes sense now, with a tilt toward green energy while President Obama presides over the next four years.

With that broad recommendation in mind, we borrow Peter Lynch's famed "two-minute drill" to highlight this energy stock worth considering right now.

Specifically, Kahn likes the chart of the Energy Select Sector SPDR (XLE). Going back one year he sees support right around this ETFs current level making it a potential buy around $65 or so.
