For energy, Exxon [XOM] remains a better buy, as do refinery-based stocks, which he feels have bottomed (translation: great bargains). These include Marathon [MRO], Valero [VLO] and Kinder Morgan [KMP] (which is a "double whammy": high yield AND high earnings).

Great company, but Oil prices are too high and you just cant make enough off that crack spread to continue the growth they had
