A: Another of our holdings is URS [URS], an engineering and construction company, with more emphasis on the engineering. They provide a lot of technical assistance. They also have operations and maintenance services. So you can think of them providing, say, a military base with management services. These generally are long-term contracts. They are also involved in water-infrastructure projects, as well as road-highway construction, and they bought a company called Washington Group that also expanded their services in a number of these areas as well. So they provide services to not only the federal government and private industry, but also to state and local governments.

Morgan Stanley said that its new analyst changed ratings on 8 Business Services stocks. ACM, IRM and URS were upgraded to Overweight. On the other hand, OWW and PLCN were cut to Equal-weight. EXPE, EXBD and ABCO were also downgraded to Underweight. Infrastructure plays and stock with strong cash flow offer the best upside potential.
