Reiterating Strong Buy, but lowering target to 60 [on] sum-of-the-parts valuation...UHS represents the best investment opportunity in the hospital space...With an underleveraged balance sheet, UHS should be able to capitalize on future growth opportunities...[W]e are lowering our 2008 EPS estimate from $3.40 to $3.20, as we offset 15 cents in negative-earnings pressure from startup costs and construction-project loss with 8% organic growth and about 10 cents of accretion from behavioral acquisitions and capacity-expansion efforts.
