Timken (TKR) downgraded from buy to hold.

Timken (TKR), another upside surpriser last week, has a ton of ball bearing-related wind business. Thomas & Betts (TNB)does too, but nobody's talking about it.

Timken (TKR) was downgraded from Buy to Neutral, Merrill Lynch said. Company posted disappointing third quarter results, and it no longer appears that the auto business is poised to recover. Estimates also cut through 2009.
