If you’re trying to find out if a company is cheap look at cash flow, says Tim Seymour. I like Turkcell (TKC) for that very reason.

In the emerging space I’m excited about wireless, adds Tim Seymour. Look at Turkcell [TKC], Vimpelcom [VIP], MBT [MBT] and Vodafone (VOD).

He also pointed viewers to Vimpel Communications (VIP), Mobile Telesystems (MBT) and TurkCell (TKC).

Perhaps a relatively safe way to play the country is Turkcell (TKC), the fast growing mobile-phone service provider, whose Big Board-listed shares are down one-third to about 20. The company sports a P/E of eight to nine and 40% operating profit margins.

Turkey has political turmoil and a lot of pressure on the economy, explains Tim Seymour. However, I think Turkcell (TKC) is a buy, he adds, as a play on growing consumer demand.
