Syntroleum reported 4Q07 revenue and EPS of $1.2 million and 3 cents, exceeding our estimates....Revenue and EPS for FY07 were $16.5 million and 6 cents, respectively, which includes EPS from discontinued operations [of] 23 cents a share. Tyson Foods' and Syntroleum's biorefining venture, adapted from the Synfining process...can be used to produce renewable diesel and jet fuel from animal fats, grease and similar feedstocks...[and] will be used in Syntroleum's agreement with Tyson to create Dynamic Fuels, a 50/50 joint venture...The project is currently on budget and on schedule....We're maintaining our FY10 EPS estimate of 8 cents on revenue of $2.3 million and income from its joint venture of $14.7 million, and will revisit our near-term estimates following SYNM's April 2 earnings call. Applying a 30 to 35 times multiple to our FY10 EPS estimate, and discounting it back indicates potential stock appreciation to the $2.20 to $2.60 range over the next 12 months. Market-cap: $35 million.

Scam that never obtains any results, that pretends it has significant intellectual property when in fact GTL (gas-to-liquid) technologies are a dime a dozen. Excellent short candidate if it rises again.
