I have been following this stock as part of my homework for HSY, I like what I see in it for the same reasons stated by Jeremy. My bear side though tells me to think about the empty Godiva stores. Being that I've not seen one of these places makes me hesitant to invest. But so far, I see a very clean balance sheet.
