On these dips, the Oil Services HOLDRS (OIH) names -- particularly Schlumberger (SLB), Transocean (RIG), Apache (APA) and Weatherford (WFT) (the one I am stockpiling for Action Alerts PLUS, so check out the link if you want to see) -- have been great buys, as have the transports. |

Plus, oil looking like it could hold at $75 is making it so that Chevron (CVX) and Exxon (XOM) of the integrateds and Transocean (RIG) and Schlumberger (SLB) of the drillers look like they can hold these price levels. As someone who wants to buy SLB, I can't believe this stock will not go back to $60 even in the worst of markets. |

and that it will have big oil demand, which is great for everyone from Schlumberger (SLB) to Transocean (RIG), and tremendous need for copper (Freeport (FCX) and BHP Billiton (BHP - commen)), iron (Vale (VALE)) and coal (Peabody (BTU) and Burlington Northern (BNI), just to name two). |

Instead of going long in gold, buy Freeport-McMoran (FCX)... in terms of energy, they're going to look at the oil service names, the OIH (OIH) will be popular, Transocean (RIG) will be popular and Suncor (SU) will be popular, Terranova suggests. |

We had a remarkable rally in the integrated oils, then an equally remarkable and stunning pullback. Now, led by the Anadarkos (APC) and the Transoceans (RIG), we are galloping higher. I am watching Exxon (XOM) to see if it can break out. |
