Public Storage (PSA) upgraded to outperform from underperform at Wachovia. Believe strong balance sheet provides security in current credit environment. See further potential downside in real estate valuation, and PSA could become an acquirer.

Remember that 18 wheeler loaded with cement that ran over Aunt Flossy's cat -- that was one flat tabby. Richly valued. Over priced. Otherwise a good company and well worth considering at the 75-85 range. If you own PSA, time to take some chips off the table. If you would like PSA, scrape your nickels together and wait on the correction you all know is coming.
