Bandera Partners sent a letter to Peerless Systems' Chairman Timothy Brog, proposing to nominate Jefferson Gramm as a director at the annual meeting. Gramm is the managing director of Bandera, which holds 3.6 million shares (21.3%) of Peerless Systems. Bandera said it isn't interested in changing Peerless' capital-allocation strategy, and doesn't consider itself an activist investor. |
