Pinnacle Entertainment (PNK) was upgraded from Market-weight to Overweight, Thomas Weisel said. $25 price target. Stock is down 25% on the year, and the market is assigning little to no value to the company's pipeline projects.

Direct pin action after the buyout of Penn National Gaming on Friday for $67 a share on friday. This stock has a very similar footprint to Penn National in the United States. Even if they don't get bought out, a private equity buyout of any other casino in the sector will send the shares higher. Friday the shares closed up more than 7%.

It changed its name to Hollywood Park, Inc. in 1992 and to and Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. in 2000. The company is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
