Increased their dividend by 11.5% to $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on February 16, 2009 to shareholders of record as of February 2, 2009.

The global leader in filtration, separation, and purification announced
that its board added $350 million to the buyback plan. This amount is
on top of about $149 million remaining from previous repurchases. The
company bought back 1.6 million shares so far this fiscal year and the
buybacks have no expiration date.

In addition to the buyback, the East Hills, N.Y.-based company declared
a dividend of 13 cents a share, payable on November 12, 2008. In March
2008, Pall increased the dividend from 12 cents a share to 13 cents a
share.

On September 15, 2008 Pall reported fourth-quarter results. Sales in
the fourth quarter jumped 11.9% to $723.2 million. Net income
increased to $69.9 million, or 57 cents a share, from $16.8 million, or
13 cents a share in the year ago period.

Eric Krasnoff, Chairman and CEO, stated, "Pall has again successfully
executed on its strategic plan. We also exceeded sales and earnings
expectations for the year. Sales growth in the quarter was again broad-
based and across many markets. Geographically, the highest growth came
from Asia. Strong sales throughout the year combined with cost
reduction and process improvement initiatives resulted in an operating
margin of 15.2%, an 80 basis point improvement."

Pall anticipates 2009 earnings of between $2.15 and $2.30 a share. The
low end of the range represents a 9.0% increase over its 2008 earnings
of $1.97 a share, while the high end would be a 17.0% increase.
Analysts expect earnings of $2.26 per share.

Filtration and purification system manufacturer Pall Corp. on Tuesday said its board authorized $350 million for share repurchases with no expiration date.
The authorization is in addition to the approximately $149 million remaining from prior buyback programs, the company said.
The stock trades for 7x cash flow.
