As we learn more and more about Dubai, I think we are figuring out the absurdity of Intel (INTC) trading at $18 off this news and Procter (PG), Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) and Coke (KO) selling off. |

The stock is just below the market multiple and little changed for the year, with a 2.8% yield, the highest it's been in some time, notes Pioneer's Carey. "It's a strong company in a lot of business areas." Sales fell for the fiscal year ended June 2009, a rare occurrence, and there are some worries about people trading down in a recession. However, P&G still managed to boost earnings again, and it continues to gain share in lucrative growth markets. It's also adept at cutting costs. |

"But what does this allow us to buy," asked Cramer? "Pretty much anything," he concluded. Cramer said that commodities rallied on Bernanke's words, as did the recession stocks like McDonald's (MCD), Merck (MRK), Kimberly-Clark (KMB) and Procter & Gamble (PG), a stock which he owns for his charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS. |

That means the ability to buy so many companies that are overseas-oriented: Intel (INTC), Microsoft (MSFT), Cisco (CSCO), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Caterpillar (CAT), 3M (MMM), United Tech (UTX), Boeing (BA), Hewlett-Packard (HPQ), McDonald's (MCD), Alcoa (AA), IBM (IBM), Procter (PG), Coke (KO), Merck (MRK) and Pfizer (PFE), just to give you the Dow stocks that are weighted perfectly for the overseas turn. |

Cramer recommended Procter & Gamble (PG), a stock which he owns for his charitable trust, Action Alerts PLUS, as one such stock. He said Procter delivered a 7-cent-a-share upside surprise in its most recent quarter along with a 3.5% dividend yield. |
