I like the growth potential going forward in solar and the 4% dividend they pay out, Pete Najarian says. And I love their clean energy initiatives they have underway. It just seems they’re pushing in the right direction for the long haul.

Among the big regulated utilities, Wynne favors PG&E, which serves the northern and central parts of California. Its operations are almost entirely regulated, and its shares trade around 40, or for nearly 13 times projected 2009 profits of $3.16 a share and almost 12 times estimated 2010 earnings of $3.40. Wynne contends that PG&E's profits can expand at an 8% annual clip in the coming years, fueled by capital spending, primarily on new transmission and distribution infrastructure. His price target is 45

"PG&E is up 5% this year, lagging behind major U.S. indices. The stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 12, a discount to the market and utilities. The shares pay a 4.2% dividend yield, higher than the S&P 500 average." Read more here.

PG&E (PCG) is my favorite name in the space, adds Guy Adami. At 11 times forward earnings and a 4.5% dividend it's attractive.
