Did we really think the buyers could resist tech? We are only as good as our last quarter and, despite the endless articles about how bad Oracle (ORCL) was, the only real conclusion you could reach about its excellent quarter was "the enterprises are spending again and they are spending like mad."

That's what Intel (INTC) and Oracle (ORCL) feel like.

If you take a look through the chart books, as I do every weekend, you would be astonished to see the rally in the software stocks, and not just in the potential targets, but in companies like Oracle (ORCL) and Microsoft (MSFT), too.

Meanwhile, the Microsofts (MSFT) and Intels (INTC) and Oracles (ORCL) keep trickling up by 23 cents or 27 cents, and they create a nice hue. It helps that Intel is saying today that it sees a significant new level of demand in Europe.

American Growth Fund's second largest holding is Oracle (ORCL), another stock Cramer endorsed without hesitation. Oracle enjoys a 13% growth rate and trades at just 13 times its earnings, said Cramer. He said the American Growth Fund could double its position here as well.

We get the wireless bottom, thanks Nokia (NOK); the personal computer bottom, thanks Intel (INTC); the gadget bottom, thanks Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM); the TV bottom, thanks Corning (GLW) and Best Buy (BBY); the software bottom, thanks to Oracle (ORCL) buying Sun Microsystems (JAVA) for its software and IBM (IBM) celebrating its software on its quarter; and the dot-com bottom represented by great earnings from Google (GOOG) and decent numbers from rejuvenated management teams at Yahoo! (YHOO) and eBay (EBAY).
