Some really poorly acting stocks are acted pretty frisky today. NYSE Euronext (NYX), which has been a tough, tough stock, roared ahead, even as nobody I know saw much that was good in the quarter.

CEO Duncan Niederauer seems to have solidified the stock with a dividend yield offering and a buyback. “If that stock goes back to its 52-week low,” Cramer said, “I’m going to say buy it.”
