We continue to maintain our neutral view on Netgear [which makes wireless routers, adapters and switches], due to checks which point to intensifying competition and an enterprise market which may see little growth in the near future. The small-business market is unlikely to recover in the near term as bankruptcies increase [and] competition remains intense. We're lowering our FY09 EPS estimate to $1.08 from $1.15 to reflect weak enterprise demand and price competition. Netgear has no long-term debt. Book value per share is $11.42. Market cap: $438 million.
