Marvell (MRVL) was upgraded from Perform to Outperform at Oppenheimer. $21 price target. Upgrade is due to strong F1Q09 performance and the appointment of Clyde Hosein as CFO. This is a strong leadership choice and should help smooth revenues and stabilize margins.

Goldman said it is downgrading Marvell Technology (MRVL) to Neutral from Buy based on valuation. Expect strong quarterly results on May 29, but view shares as fully priced. Price target at $15.
