So, too, do high yielders that pay their dividends in dollars and don’t yet have much overseas exposure. Cramer recommended Altria [MO], BB&T [BBT] and Verizon [VZ] here. For investors outside the U.S., Cramer said, these stocks are a good way to get paid a nice dividend while hiding in dollars. Basically, they’re high-yielding bonds.

From a recent Mad Money show: "This is a stock with a bountiful dividend and I'm a buyer of this one. It might be the only buy in this whole lightning round."

But three that might make sense here are Altria (MO), General Mills (GIS) and Unilever (UN). Altria, now somewhat brilliantly, sold the overseas business. It's the Marlboro man, not the euro man, and the numbers are safe.
