From a recent Mad Money show:"Why, why, why, why be in a casino stock? I don't want to be anywhere near a casino company."

Najarian said MGM Mirage(MGM) has traded up nearly 45% in two days, despite reporting a 76% drop in third-quarter profits. Najarian is long (MGM) Calls, (LOW) Calls, (AFL) Calls. In other words he's betting these three stocks are going to go higher.

“When I see a big blow-up in volatility I use that to buy,” explains Jon Najarian. “If I can step in and buy a MetLife [MET], AK Steel [AKS] or MGM Mirage [MGM] at such depressed levels I buy and then sell a call against them which takes them through multi-year lows in terms of the protection that offers.”

PE of 8.14, and a PEG of 2.05.

The casino company was among the most active names on the NYSE Monday.

Today, Morgan Stanley really put the wood to the group with a big number slash for MGM Mirage (MGM) -- could Kirk "Mr. Ford" Kerkorian be in trouble? - and, more important, a crushing blow to International Game Technology (IGT), where it said that basically the stock still has 15% more downside.

MGM Mirage recently announced its board approved the buyback of up to 20 million shares of its common stock.

The casino operator also said it repurchased about 1.3 million shares for the quarter to date under a prior buyback approved in December, leaving approximately 1.4 million shares left for repurchase.

BMO Capital Markets analyst Jeffrey Logsdon maintained his "Outperform" rating and $66 price target on the stock.

"MGM management clearly believes that the long-term value of its operations and assets are worth significantly more that the present value of its publicly traded equity, after calculating in the expected returns from its various development and capital projects that will come on in the next few years," Logsdon wrote in a note.
