Najarian is mixed on the market but even if it pulls back he's longer term bullish because the S&P is making higher lows. "I’m a believer in the engineering stocks, says Pete Najarian. I’d look at Shaw Group (SGR), McDermott (MDR) and Fluor (FLR)."

Pete Najarian thinks Exxon's spending speaks to how important all types of energy will become in the not too distant future. And he likes trading that trend with the engineering firms. "I’d take a look at McDermott (MDR) and Fluor (FLR)," he said. "I really like their prospects going forward."

Shaw (SGR) and McDermott (MDR) get legs and they are completely different from ACM, almost entirely power-related. Remember, when you think about ACM, you should be thinking about things like the Second Avenue Subway in New York, which got a ton of financing in the congressional stimulus plan.
